I remember last decade people were wishing hard for a good cyberpunk game. Then CP2077 was announced, everyone was excited, a decade went by and it released as a subpar game.
Cyberpunk had its chance and got fumbled. It'll probably stay a niche forever.

It got a boost with the anime and the DLC, but that's about it, they fixed a lot of stuff but the game is still "meh", very boring as an open world game as usual, nothing happens and the radio repeats itself a lot when driving

I don't like the trend, but people are starting to become forgiving of a disastrous launch if it's fixed later, people like No Man's Sky and Fallout 76 despite how torn apart they were at launch. I played CP2077 after it got "fixed" and had fun with it, so I don't think the massive fuck up at launch is as damaging these days.

Nobody likes this garbage, just like nobody likes CP. What you're talking about are a very vocal minority of NPCs, the same kinds of people who have Avatar fan clubs where they talk about how great Pandora is.

I played CP when it came out, and it was a buggy mess. I played it after it got "fixed" and it was a slightly less buggy mess, and I managed to play it for another hour the second time before quitting it because it was the same garbage game, just with less T-posing.

All three games are old news and no one but a handful of Internet freaks remembers them anymore. You decided to listen to some of those talking about how they "forgive" the devs or how the games "redeemed" themselves but it doesn't matter one bit. The devs moved on, the players moved on. The games were shit when it mattered so they didn't leave any lasting impact on mass culture, so the average normalfag who only heard about them briefly from a youtube video also moved on.
The whole thing really isn't an issue in the slightest. If you're worried about the bad devs continuing to work in the industry - don't, for we can easily observe absolute failures like Bioware or Obsidian being bought out by the big boys and forced to produce their crap forevermore.

It's been so long since I played or saw a good looking H game, especially a RPGmaker corruption/NTR game that I wonder if there were any good ones at all

It makes the story more interesting when there's another protagonist working on stopping the bad guy even when the girl protagonist has already fallen into corruption. One of the main flaws of the corruption-only games in that they get pretty boring around the middle, when it's clear the girl can't go back anymore and now everything that awaits ahead is whether she sucks a horse cock or dresses like an idiot to go buhibuhi first. With corruption-NTR games we still have the other guy who is trying to do some shit, we have this "hope", and it help the story not to drag so much.
Obviously if instead we just have a nameless NPC in a plot coma who the girl remembers every other scene only to say "forgive me X-kun, this cock is just to goooood", then it doesn't work. But such shitty games are always shitty in other ways too, so you'd be better off not playing them in the first place.

No it doesn't really. It always ends with the same 2 endings, either he manages to "save and forgive her, and sticks with her, or she's too far gone to be saved and his life is ruined yada yada. Sometimes the third ending where they get back together but she keeps sleeping behind his back or is already pregnant with someone else.
It's exactly as shallow as corruption only games except you have an extra protagonist suffering, that's all really. The only difference is you want to see both a man and a woman suffering, not just a woman, which is a lot gayer in my opinion. Don't go off thinking you're on a higher horse than us.

I didn't care that much for ruiner and they made the protagonist of this one ugly, so I had no reason to play it. If it had unlockable bikini costumes for the cutscenes and the MC didn't look like an old lady, I would've given it a shot.

Peripeteia, Beyond Citidel, Citizen Sleeper, etc are all recent Cyberpunk games. The genre is still going strong IDK what else you want unless you have the most narrow definition of cyberpunk ever.

Cyberpunk 2077 is so bad that it killed an entire generation's interest in this setting. It's not just performance issues, bugs or terrible in-game models.
People played the game and thought to themselves:
I am not driving flying cars, not piloting mechs, not controlling multiple machine doubles, not shooting laser with fingers, not hacking brains to create after-images or faking identities, not having wifi sex, not wearing digital camouflage, not summoning aimbot drones.
I am using a katana as the best weapon and crouching to be stealthy.

I think part of it is that the typical Cyberpunk aesthetic is worn out and boring. Massive skyscrappers, neon lights, flying cars. It's kind of cheesey, especially nowadays in our current neo feudalistic dystopian society. We sort of know that this type of future is an impossibility. And the grounded alternative is just not appealing. I'm still looking forward to games like Beta Decay and EXEkiller, Navalis, etc. But I'm not going to jump with excitement at most of this stuff. Especially the anime inspired stuff. I like anime and watch a lot of it. But it's more out of habit and less that I can identify or name what is appealing about it.
