yeah season passes, online passes, start of decay of physical discs, all consoles require a subscription to play online, silky smooth 30 FPS. all great

i didnt buy a ps4 game outside of far cry 4 until 2016 and i had a ps4 in fall 2014
gaming sucks now unless you like jrpgs and pirate everything on your handheld/tv pc

fucking putrid, 90s 80s, early 2000s. realistically speaking the 80s were the best because of social economic reasons. Less niggers, safer streets, higher trust society, etc.
It was a pretty good year for me. I played a shitload of Bloodborne and MGSV.
I think the strongest year of game releases I've been around for so far was 2004.

I accidentally got the white-haired clerk at Hobbytown really bummed out the other day when I joked about him running a little high-trust society as he let me get something I wanted out of a case with my own two hands. I tried to leave on a high note and said it just skipped a generation, and he seemed to appreciate that.
