Switch 1 launched with just Splatoon 2 and ports of Mario Kart and Zelda from the Wii U
Wii launched with Wii Sports and a GCN Zelda game
GCN launched with Luigi's Mansion and Crazy Taxi from the Dreamcast
PS2 launched with janky ass Midnight Club 1

Consoles don't actually launch with games any more. I can't think of any in the past 20 years with a good launch lineup.
