I didn't use AI, what are you talking about?

Iirc, his family was just a backdrop set-piece to kick-start his greek tragedy.
>he behaves like an absolute ape most of the time, but that's AFTER ares' and zeus' final betrayal
So most of the time that it matters. He was a souless ruthless killer that fucks 4 girls at a time cause he is SO COOL AND MANLY. It's a childish power fantasy (which is fine and fun; so is The Darkness 2 for that matter). The Kratos we get in nu-GoW is more humanized and tame (and admitedly, safer to a wider audiance; but also in accordance with the theme of the game), it doesn't make him less of a man, it just makes him different; and change isn't a bad thing, necessarily.

>Original Kratos had unironically more depth and was more true to the setting he was in.
He had just enough depth to tug at the right heartstring and check an emotional box in his greek-tragedy origin story. And yeah, he did fit the setting he was in, I agree; but so is nu-Kratos.
>Anyone with a functioning brain recognizes nu-GoW as just another goyslop for fatherless eunuchs
Why all the seething? It was a fine game for what it was with a seviceable story and passing gameplay (Ragnarock sucks). It tries to appeal to a wider audiance, yes; but it still retains it's GoW status, with the music, violant killing animations and epic battles against bigger enemies, like the dragons and trolls(ogers?) (tho a lot of the enemies are recycled :( it does have filler slop that is inexcusable gameplay-loop wise and is cheap). I'm not saying it's the best game ever (or better than the old ones), just that it's an ok way to go with the character/story/gameplay. It's not GOAT, but you're overreacting (which might be your point :p).
