When I jump it hurts my knees. I'm not even obese. I'm 5'10 and 160 pounds. My knees also hurt when I kneel down and I get this weird thing where my knees feels wobbly and weak. Sometimes it happens while I'm just sitting down and other times it happens while I'm walking. It seems very random. Dunno whats up with me.
