It's cool that the game lets you load magazines bullet by bullet, but I wish they expanded on that a little and let you load multiple custom mags ahead of time that I can choose to load in combat instead of "all normal, all AP or all HP." It'd be really useful in some situations to keep a couple magazines around where every other bullet or so is hollow point or regular ammo for the sake of ammo conservation or not overkilling your target or something.

This game has a problem many CRPGs have where I really enjoy thinking about the character and what kind of build I'm going to make but then the gameplay isn't very fun.

Would be great if the armor was not all or nothing
Like in 7.62 mixed mags could be used to first spray some AP to stagger enemy, then aim a JHP in armor gaps for massive health damage, and even if it misses it will drain some stamina.

Idk. If you've ever used a Linux terminal or Windows CMD (which you should have at some point if you've played vidya for enough ours) you can parse what's going on on screen.
I mean I don't know the context behind this but it seems like it can be fun.

You're telling me you've never had a game hang so stubborn you've had to open CMD and taskkill that sucker by PID, or write a small .bat file to run a game through DOSbox and include some fixes or something (like you had to do to play Blood before it started getting proper ports). I'm only a few years younger but even as a kid I found myself fucking around with things I didn't understand on the computer to either get something to work our out of sheer curiosity.

Done that maybe twice, I reckon. Even though I've played my fair share of DOSbox games too, mostly without problem.
Though therein lies the difference probably, I was never very interested at picking through the computer in my youth.
