god, sasuke san is just too cool! when I was younger i was too much a fan of naruto because i thought believe it and believing in things and in my self was real and result in greater things!
what i didnt realize is that naruto was inherently blessed and gifted from the start in every way possible! the irony of this very fact is that despite the fact that sasuke is inherently gifted aswell, he had to sacrifice much more and work for his power somehow more than naruto!
making narutos iconic dattebayo quote of "believe it" and "never give up" abundantly ironic! naruto never had any reason to give up in the first place because he could achieve anything he desired!
dont get me wrong, i still love naruto because hes just that cool too, and I can delude myself based on superficial presentation that just plays with the mind of an uninquisitive person, that the simple fact that Naruto was always presented as an ostracized underdog from the start, is enough to feel like he earned it all and overcame unfavorable odds nonetheless, because even though he had everything inside him from the start, its about narratives, not truth! its about what you can get a retard like younger me to believe, as he grows up to learn, that simply trying hard and "never giving up" doesnt actually solve the problem of being considered a problem child in school and at home! believe it!
