Unless you have a dogshit CPU for some reason cus I can get 4k 60fps with the same 3090 & 5800X3D all settings maxed except Anti Aliasing at FXAA, the TSR option seriously destroys frame rate and I forgot what the other one was, some gay shit with embedded frame gen or whatever
