I don't understand why these guys with views in the millions are crying so hard about being CRUSHED by the evil algorithm when small channels have survived with much less for much longer. The best channel is The Infinite Review and it gets little more than 10k views per vid. It deserves so much more, but keeps going just fine. Because they built their entire lives and career around their channel's stream of income, and started taking it for granted. It's annoying to try to search for fresh new takes from passionate amateurs and just get bombarded with the same 20 channels who try to comment on everything. Early youtube was way better for this.
