realistically they need to cut down ARR filler again, because its still way too much slop for new players to deal with. Add some new endgame repeatable system similar to WoW's M+, and fix the story. That's all the game really needs, I don't think its in a horrible spot I just think players are tired of the formula and simplification of jobs.
