Potential 5 neicha has the best stamina drain for this race (+3 %).
You could try groove since she has built in end closer debuffs essentially
Grass wonder has a free pace chaser debuff but dominator wont work here
Front runner Urara is the other option to give everyone a stamina buff with her slowing the pace and fucking over taikeks. If you feel short on stamina, Urara will slow things down so much that everyone in the race gets a stamina boost. Many people are stacking a shit ton of debuffs on her. This only works if Urara is the only front runner in the race though. Bit cheesy as I think most Taishins will lose to Golshi anyway
