Cloning him for MKD marred the story in an unhealable way when we vould have gotten a new protag
Aside from the call with Sariff, no other call backs were made to HR that weren't uneccessary and unfulfilling hints at the nature of Adam being a clone in MKD
Overall Mankind Divided's plot was entirely disposable to Deus Ex's greater narrative, and the game had no interesting perspectives to give like its predecessors, it only had "discrimination is bad guys", which was an only slight improvement over HR's SINGLE note of societal commentary regarding the chip you can choose to get at the limb clinic that fucks you later.
That being said, i love all deus ex games very much and hope we get more in the future, i even like invisible war despite it being quaint by comparison to its peers. I just like deus ex in general man.
