Since BOTW came out and sucked, i've done a replay of every major Zelda game besides this one and that piece of shit SS. Did this age well at all in terms of game design?

It's proto-SS, with most of the SS weaknesses, and few of the few things SS did.
It's by far, the weakest 3D zelda game and the best thing it has going for is the aesthetic.

Pacing wise it's much stronger than Twilight Princess but at a price there's less dungeons and they are worse. Everything else is very good however
