Its no hard, its tedious. The combat is clanky and the game forces you to run back to the bosses for about a minute through mostly empty corridors just to give them another try. Its very poorly designed, but it did innovate a lot, so it wasn't entirely a waste.

Yes it was, in the same vein how Sekiro was "hard" in 2019. I will never forget the daily seethe threads it caused here for over a year post release.

DS I has always been above average. Its not even a finished game.
