Bad ports aren't a showcase for the hardware, Donkey Kong was unique in that it heavily taxed the CPU first but rendering voxel based worlds like that are also GPU heavy, 7 days to die looks like a PS3 game on my PC which beats a PS5 pro. Kirby is a port, Zelda is a port, Mario Kart World is the only game that's in line with what Nintendo usually deliver in terms of visual fidelity/complexity, and it's 1440@60hz, Metroid Prime 4 is 4k/l60fps.
Pokemon is Gamefreak, people have negatively compared Pokemon S/V graphics to Ocarina of Time 3d
Hyrule Warriors is Koei Tecmo, they regularly shit the bed with Warriors titles and the latest game is being made by a completely new studio.
It's strange that the first year is so full of games that perform bad due to studio, ambition or port, I kind of expect these to be stand out but then Kirby Air Riders wasn't looking hot either, and that game didn't look as good as Mario Kart.
