There isn't a single Skyrim mod that improves on the base-game, not a one, it's all just tasteless trash for the worthless common-scum masses. All the appearance mods are worse aesthetically, all the overhaul mods are autistic and worse, It's all just pure irredeemable trash by-and-for shitters who were incapable of appreciating what they were given. It's been fucking 15 YEARS at this point and there still isn't a single mod that allows basic Oblivion-style spellcasting with a 2-hander in Skyrim. Not a one has been able to copy simple 25 year old code for a 15 year old game. It's a joke.
In the Morrowind and Oblivion days, the modding community was so much more organic and pure. They were just truly creative out of their own hearts and made mods out of pure love and creativity, and appreciation for being given the tools to do so. At some point after Skyrim came out, that all got corrupted by greed and pride, and modding became more about people trying to advance their personal career ambitions as game developers or grand storyteller fantasies, rather than love.
If you're wanting to play Skyrim, just dig up your old dusty 360, load the vanilla game up, and actually try and play around with the perks and engage with the actual game on it's own terms. You'll have way more fun than with any of the mods that are out there, those are all trash

Depends on the mods you run, there are simple defeat mods that will play a rape scene and let you continue with some debuffs and there are ones that have bigger consequences like enslavement or execution (also expanded for followers).

Yes, there are mods specifically for sex ranging from lenghty plotlines with voiced NPCs and custom locations to just system based mods like radiant prostitution that work like Todds endless radiant quests.

Just started a new playthrough with CHIM. Pared down my modlist to get rid of Ostim Ascended and all the associated mods like Acheron and ODefeat, since I removed Wenches, Deadly Wenches and OBIS. Those mods alone bloated the shit out of my game, and while it's fun r*ping your way through a forsworn camp filled with mega-bush savages, the script load is insane.

I changed out OBIS for Lawless (or whatever the other bandit mod is), because that was the worst offender, holy shit.

I tried it and it was the only list that truly made skyrim into a porn game. The other lists add sex but its not front and center like Nefaram.

Sexlab and Defeat are buggy as hell man. Even with Sexlab Scaler enabled it's clipping shitfest.
The way how outfits work in Skyrim is atrocious. With Obody NG some outfits are still clipping (I did proper zeroed sliders installation).
And oh god the character edition/copying...you can't just press X to copy another character looks. You need to use SSEEdit, mesh copying etc (still not 100% because of custom heads). Another alternative is Proteus which has "copy NPC to player" test function. Buggy but at least something.
