Yeah, almost all of the Neon Prime (the game's name before the switch to 1920s theming) designs suck ass.
Funny you mention Roadhog, though, because one of the only designs they didn't change between Neon Prime and Deadlock are Mo&Krill, who have the Small/Big dynamic that Junkrat and Roadhog do. All that really changed between Neon Prime and Deadlock for these goobers is their clothes.
