I have no idea why people post GTA IV with ice enhancer or whatever it is like it's impressive, GTA V modded with naturalvision surpasses it and even that (in this image) is dabbed on by RDR2 from several years ago and of course GTA VI
notice how the human ped models are never shown in these screenshots either because there's fuck all they can do to make them look better, flattening the lighting and cranking up reflection resolution only does so much and the games look like ass half the time when modded anyway

that just looks like the sims 2 or gmod, which did look good for the time period they released in
vanilla SA is ugly as hell so it's still an improvement
