Previous bosses are reworked into playable characters such as master hand, Galeem, Tabuu Etc.
Unlocked during story mode

The game will be heavily promoted with some new characters like The Knight, Tinkaton, Floette, Pauline, Lloyd. I dont know of any UTDR characters as of right now. There will be DLC

The story mode will be expanded to feature two separate play styles, one with switch game chat and one without. With game chat you are able to interact with your friend's worlds and unlock characters.The story mode itself is vastly different from previous iterations. Stages can morph into different stages once you clear one. Story mode exclusive stages exist, they look almost 3d and open and can be interacted with. A good example of this is some tracks from mario kart world being used in the story mode despite not being actual stages.

The announcer's voice can be changed freely in the settings. One of the funnier voices is just Toad's sound effects.

The previous bosses will be toned down to be bosses of certain storymode worlds and then usable properly in game.

Uh, no sweetie.
It is actually called Kerfuffle.
It will be a reboot with 18 base characters, mostly from Mario and 6 more from pokemon.
There will be an annual battlepass with missions, stickers and 4 additional fighters for a total of 26 characters not counting 12+ echoes.
There will be no 3rd party representation this time around to focus on a new reworked fighting systems that is more welcoming to casual players.

There will be an adventure mode similar to Subspace Emissary but half as long, about a new dinosaur type villain with multiple phases.
The game comes out May 2028.

There will be also another attempt at Trump's life around the same time. It will fail BTW

While I agree that it's highly unlikely, I gotta say surely it'll be a lot easier for nintendo to renew all the licenses and agreements considering Ultimate's success. Surely all these companies would line up to have their game be represented in one of the best selling games of all time, while also being more open to be lenient on the paperwork
