I forgot I had this game. Dropped it after a few hours. It's fucking shit by any metric. Even Once Human is more way fun than this turd and it's free. It's hard to believe Japs made this game.

You seen Pokemon games? That shit is worse than a flash game. This on the other hand, I'm not a Pokemon fan whatsoever, never cared for that traglodyte franchise at all and obviously this is a minimal effort slop. I only have it a shit out of spite but it's unironically fun and addictive.
What do you really need out of the game?
>Fun collectathon.
>Solid craft progression.
>Actually interesting labor mechanic
>Meaningful ability progression, actually feel powerfull unlocking new pal abilities.
>Massive world to explore.
Yeah world might as well be AI generated, yeah copy pasted dungeons, yeah asset flip aesthetics, but fuck, give me some cute animals to collect in a massive world and that's all I really need. It's that fucking simple. Pokemon with their "battles" should fucking ditch that shit for the sake of exploration and discovery.

It's pretty fucking fun.
Go out there, punch a pink cat, and do some quests anon.
Build a base, do some expeditions, and fly from one side of the world to the other getting a bunch of overpowered eggs to get late game critters early.

Unlike most games aping on Pokemon, the creatures actually look like Pokemon. The best part of Pokemon is the creatures while the worst is the gameplay, yet Pokemon clones insist on copying the gameplay but not the designs. Palworld's gameplay isn't the greatest, but the creature designs are good.

Most of the people who liked this were disgruntled pokefags that think a slightly better smelling pile of shit is somehow good

It is pretty empty save for a sprinkling of quest NPCs and a few settlements, but a good dedicated server where you share the map and resources with others can make a big difference.
