It's from Quake Champions, but it's multiplayer only. It's just visuals for deathmatch maps. QC borrowed a lot of the lovecraftian aesthetic from quake 1. This one is kewl too.

I'd recommend like Dusk for that over quake if you're not a quake vet. It feels somewhat like quake movement feels if you're good at it, and there's an actual game to use in it. Selaco has some rudimentary but fun zoomy movement too.
I don't know why you'd bother learning quake mechanics at this point. Quake demanded a lot of people and gave back a lot, but it doesn't have anything to give back anymore. But if you did, I'd recommend fooling around with the character Slash. Crouchsliding is easy to learn and fun. But you'll never see it again in any game, just like the rest of this stuff.
