>Video games?
>"No reoccuring threads"
If you talk too much about the same video game, you're told to /vg/. It's happened to so many games at this point it would take too long to list, and yet some games get exceptions (namely Nintendo games).
If Jannies were really to enforce this "no reoccuring threads" rule, then there would be literally NO video game discussion allowed on /v/, think about it.
Well guess what? After enforcing this ridiculous rule for years, it turns out half of /v/ doesn't even want to bother to talk about video games. The jannies, mods and hiroshimoot are just as much to blame for the state of this place as any "discord raider". They also are completely powerless to stop ban evaders due to the structure of this place. But I genuinely believe jannies "created" these people by being incompetent, handing out bans when they shouldn't, and all in all being complete cunts that refuse to communicate anything with anyone. I've never seen a moderation team with this little transparency in how they operate. When they remove a site feature like the IP counter, we're just supposed to pretend it was never there in the first place. No explanation, nothing.
