Silksong is what HK was supposed to be
Title.
If you don't intuitively understand this simple fact right away, you lack media literacy.
Every concept in Hollow Knight is replicated and taken to the next level in Silk Song. The world is huge, making maps all more necessary on a first playthrough, in HK you could largely ignore those. The currency is scarce, making double death much more punishing compared to HK as well, I'm saying this because I see a lot of retards spewing nonsense on how the devs lost sight of what made HK good, but to me, it's painfully obvious that SS is what the devs intended HK to be, and if you don't see this, you are a retard, sorry, that's how it is, sorry that you got hyped for a game you didn't understand to begin with.
tl;dr git gud
