I agree it should be a well storied character who'd baffle Joe and the audience, but the thing about Lara, at least classic Lara, is in most games she keeps her experiences to herself and a constant cool character. Rather than rant she'd probably just shoot shit about more plausible experience while ambiguously namedropping a few bizarre things to keep him off balance.
