That's what SOVL looks like.

Now you know why nostalgia sells so well. People will spend obscene amounts of money to recapture a feeling they felt, only to find out you can't replicate the past.

The PS2 version is soulful like nothing else, but the controls ruin it.

Shooting is just the worst part of it, but you can work around it with a sniper rifle and just ramming people.

I'm always amazed at the little details in GTA 3. Functioning crosswalk signs, street lights flickering, even visible puddles that make sounds when you walk/run over them.
