Youre correct, its not remotely as good a game as /v/ makes it out to be. You should learn by now that 90% of /v/ arent real human beings, who posess the capacity to engage with reality. Its a collections of presupposed feelings, circlejerked and echoechambered, to formulate narratives and buzzwords that go against what they consider "modern" because that's the only way to latch onto value they can create. By pretending the most significant time of any life, is the one where they were the most literal subhuman possible, the actual literal meaning of the word, barely human, barely self aware, barely possessing the capacity for critical thought, and happened to be born into a time where new things that were highly addictive and impressionable, with big flashing lights, and none of those deep dark washed out colours like realism chasing modern games.
