It's not, not really. The only difficulty in the game exists because you have so much shit that does 2 damage. The actual bosses and patterns are piss easy and pretty boring. Your damage is kind of shit, so it just kind of feels overly drawn out. The platforming is just kind of there, it's not satisfying or interesting.
All in all, HK and Silksong are both incredibly eh games held up entirely by people overhyping the shit out of them and having never played anything better.
