Midwits don't understand that not all games should follow a set template for story, gameplay, or music. They should try doing things differently
that's what makes them unique.

For example, in most movies, shootouts are portrayed as cool and heroic, whereas in Dragged Across Concrete and Bone Tomahawk, they are dreadful and scary
not because the filmmakers did something wrong, but because that's what they intended.

That being said, I liked the storytelling in Sekiro a lot more.

This thread was made in the assumption that soulfags are mad. Thing is no one worth their shit is mad. On the contrary, they embrace it unironically and laugh at it, because it's true and there's nothing wrong with that. the problem with a story to tell is that at some point you're really not playing a game but watching a movie
the other way is less intrusive and doesn't disrupt the gameplay as much
