I bought it when it became available for purchase. Inzoi has a really weird, offputting theme of social consciousness to it that works against what made the Sims interesting. Negative traits are essentially nonexistent, and even if they werent you have to manually control every interaction if your zoi to make them actually be a shithead.
The developers seem to have approached the game from the angle that players should want their characters to be successful, admirable people who contribute to society, instead of the Sims where the goal (at least originally) is to encounter, deal with, and create interesting scenarios while keeping them alive. The game also seems to have a lot more safeguards to keeping the zois alive, and that's the direction they want considering the one bit of chaos you could cause by running over pedestrians was patched out.
As it stands you are never going to see a Chinman in Inzoi, and as anons have said that lack of goofiness is to the games detriment
