OOOOPS. former unreal employee confirming everything we suspected. there are more in that comment section and they sing the same tune. bloated engine, bloated company, internal mis- or lack of communication, Tim Sweeney not really involved in hands on development, documentation made by inexperienced people because the real engine devs don't have time for that shit. long running issues called out by employees themselves ignored / postponed for years. most of this might as well be talking about Unity (minus the high end requirements) or Godot (minus the huge, paid staff and minus modern effects). every major engine is a mismanaged disaster.
