Crossworlds is fun, but anybody acting like it's going to kill Mario Kart is just as retarded as all those people who thought that there was a "Pokemon-Killer".

What's forced about it exactly? There is a lot you could say about Switch 2 from them hiding the prices at reveal, to the $80 games, the planned obsolesence controllers (which are $90), the screen with worse ghosting than Switch 1... and so much more.
It isn't just a /v/ thing either since there's been a lot of ex nintendo fanboy/girl youtubers saying they don't want it, and casual gamers interviewed at conventions don't seem interested in it either. The price point and lacking lineup DID turn people off
