Holy shit you guys were right, this is far superior than the remake.
The MMO sidequests and open world stuff fuck with the pacing so bad i could barely follow the plot. The only thing rebirth doest better is the combat and fanservice, if your into that

yes, the original has near perfect pacing for an adventure story and the remake ruins it. It's gonna be 9 years from beginning to end for a single story and i can't see people giving enough of a shit to follow through if they were only starting with remake series.

The remake just insults me as a fan, I still haven't played it and I don't know if I ever will. It's just blatant how much they hate me.
