The most blatant things?
No class does what it's actually supposed to do. The best skills for each individual class are locked behind other class trees, meaning if you want to play a half-decent Commando, you play Ninja and use assault rifles because of the skills you get there also work on assault rifles, blah blah blah.
To kit out each class, you need not just XP to get the skills you want, the good stuff is locked behind Korean-MMO grindfests for crafting materials that NOT A SINGLE SOUL asked for. 300+ hours per class this needs to be done with, and there is no cheesing your way around it.
>Live-service bullshit
Nuff said there
Getting to any of the difficulties that are remotely fun requires said 300+ hours per class to be kitted out to even stand a chance. In KF1 and 2, you could jump into a HoE difficulty game with only maybe 20 hours into your playthrough and still be a credit to the team as a Medic, but seeing that every single class needs to be played by another class, you'd either need to research the entire game before even booting up the game for the first time, or spend the monotonous time learning by yourself what works with what. If that wasn't bad enough, Medic is beyond fucking useless in KF3.
Welding does beyond nothing but buy 0.5 seconds of time
Characters are locked to fucking classes, which was fucking retarded to begin with.
Boring as fuck gameplay
Features "coming soon" that are standard in nearly every other game that is missing like a text-chat
"Battlepasses" coming soon
They heard every last thing that players have been begging for, and have done the exact opposite. That's what went wrong.
