At one point you meet Space Hitler and find out he has clones everywhere, including a female(?) clone you meet earlier in the story who doesn’t know she is a clone.

They do nothing with this plot point, no one cares or explains anything and the female clone barely cares to find out she is a clone of Hitler, and Hitler doesn’t care that he was cloned and turned a woman either, it’s just not even acknowledged at all.

Weird race swaps as well, like one main companion is a “russian” guy named Vlad except he’s 100% black african looking and this is just never brought up or used at all.
He’s just a Russian guy with a slavic voice and a black character model.

Meanwhile Cyberpunk used the ethnic background in the story l, for example the Haitian gangs.

Yeah, the lack of context really took away any agency the game could have had. Nothing made any sense because nothing you wanted to know about was explained. And not in a mysterious way, leaving room for your mind to come up with an explination. It genuinely feels like significant information was left out of the final build, be it accidentally or intentionally.
