Porn isn't the only reason young men eschew dating now. I'd say the biggest factor is simply an increasing societal expectation of what a "man" should have to offer is. 100 years ago, it was pretty typical for men to be in an apprenticeship, military, or college and that be seen as a sign that he had good prospects. Parents would encourage marriage to such young men.
Now, being in a "training" state is seen as too juvenile now. Daughters are told they need a guy who has a stable career already. Sons are told they should wait to date until they're out of school and ready to marry (this is something I've seen in multiple churches taught in recent years that was less common even a couple decades ago). Couples think they need to date for several years or live together before they can marry. Couples think they need more money or a house before they can have kids. We've invented a bunch more milestones for "adulthood" and obviously those are more difficult to achieve, ignore, or convince others you are ready anyway.
This isn't unique to America or the West either. This is the exact same thing happening in every post-industrial country around the world.

That isn't where that stat comes from. Women date/marry older men tons more than men date/marry older women. Men also die off at a faster rate (bodies wear out faster from old age due to sun exposure and harder labor/sports, and men die in accidents or due to violence at a MUCH higher rate than women). So a larger portion of young women simply date and marry men that are a decade or two older than them.
