I think they won't remove it and instead they'll actually make it a meaningful gameplay mechanic that will affect the story and the protagonists' relation with one another.
Rockstar already kinda tinkered and played around with it in GTA V when you would fuck prostitutes as Michael, the therapist would then call him out on it and I don't remember but it might've also lead to some additional dialogues with his wife.
Them introducing a similar mechanic in VI except you can actually suffer meaningful consequences would only make sense, especially considering the romantic theme of the game and all.

I think so too. Though with pic related if you notice there’s a small poster for “ladies night” at that strip club.
