My only gripe when it comes to the shitfits Nintendies throw over Nintendo is when they're 100% surprised Nintendo sent a cease and desist to some modder making a fan-game of one of their properties as if the one hundred billion times that happened in the past wasn't indication enough that Nintendo won't stand for it. After that point, you'd think they'd have some sense and actually try learning some legalese to avoid getting that kind of shit in the future.
