Bunga path because it's an MMO, the mobs are tuned for 3-5 appropriately leveled players, and we aren't all stealth rogues.

First the stealth path, then go back and do the unga path for max xp gain, then realise why RPGs are the most doshit genre of vidya ever conceived and that System Shock 2 and Deus Ex were the only games to do character progression right.

I cheese all the enemies so I don't have to use any healing, then go back and do the stealth path

I used to unconsciously do Stealth
Nowadays I do unga bunga
"other" I'll do if the quest is mandatory and shit and this is my third replay of the game

Stealth path for fun then go back through the unga path and backstab all enemies (they're not looking behind).

bunga unless stealth isn't an obvious afterthought then its 50/50

If the game has enemy dialogues that trigger when I'm around them, I take the stealth path. If I don't feel bad for the enemies, I then always kill them after they don't spot me, usually with normal combat.

If the game doesn't have enemy dialogue, it's unga bunga time.

Start from the left, play through the path until the point where I think they all converge, then go back and play through the next path
