not that I really care about it because I only watched playthroughs of the game, but it's pretty obvious how the first one was unhinged and a clear work of passion, while the second one was obviously a mix of 'the passion was there for the foundations and then everything took a nosedive'
the setting of termina is great, a few of the characters are very well designed and there's so much shit you could delve into for a lot of them, the very early game is also incredibly inspired, and then it's all trash
faggot should've taken a long hiatus before finishing the second game to recharge his batteries and spent that time far away from the public opinion in the mean time and things would've turned out better for everyone involved IMO
