Sure I can. Klonoa is a dream traveler, he travels through dream worlds that exist outside of his own mind. This is established in the first game. To claim that the second game is different, you require proof.

Yes there is. There always is, when someone makes a claim. The majority of people would agree with me in the default assumption that Klonoa 2 takes place in a dream world OUTSIDE of Klonoa's mind just like the first game. This is the only reasonable assumption to make based on the metaphysical model established in the first game. You need to provide substantial proof if you want to contradict this.
