As much as I utterly adore Xeno, and would love this. This is an pipedream game of the highest order boardering on impossible. Ignoring how Gears and Saga are under SE and Bamco respectively, putting all three Xenoblade games and X, including their DLC would cause whatever is running them to melt, I think even the PS5/Xbone would struggle with it. Most devs can barely make collections of PS2 games run well

If it were to happened soon it would most likely be at Tokyo Game Show, but being realistic it isn't happening. It was in the schedule from Capcom's big leak around 2020 but since then stuff that was only tentatively scheduled (the AA456 Trilogy) and even stuff not on the schedule at all (the AAI collection) happened but AA7 didn't and Yamazaki left Capcom. It must've been cancelled at some point.
