I think I remember one black character but I don't think he was anything but a side mission character who shows up once.
I don't remember if the girl you meet is Jewish or just French. I remember one mission where you help her to deliver a bomb but it's entirely framed as the Nazi she gave it to is nice and she's wrong for doing what she did and your character doesn't like her despite you being a mass murdering terrorist yourself who may or may not care about collateral damage. I don't know why they added it. It was a bit like that one mission in Red Faction Guerrilla where a girl mutilates an Earth torturer in the back of your car until he begs for death, which was really uncomfortable to play and added nothing to the story, Mason didn't even pass a comment on it being fucked up.
I don't remember if the commies were ever mentioned or anything about the French resistance being about as much an enemy to itself as the Nazis were. Though that shouldn't matter on it being woke as literally no-one cares these days to French bash in the Anglosphere.
