Debatable, most of nintendo for the last few years has been a lot of slop that's usually unfinished and forgotten the month it released because none were that good or leave a lasting impression beyond around 3 or 4 games out of the entire year of games. A mass of their library has been low effort to a fault with whole series literally getting so stale that the sole reason their patent and legal war against something like Pal world was solely because Pal started doing well and they didn't feel like trying to actually fight them by making a better pokemon game so they'd just sue em and make a slop game afterward.
I still remember how they took out the mario BR guy's web game and then made a shitty copy that was just worse and then promptly never really improved it or the time they sold actual cardboard and people swept that one under the rug, or the mario sports era of the switch where almost all of them were so mid that half the reason they held traction was cause the switch library was so bare that it was them or nothing. Nintendo has it's stand outs but over half the time through the year it's slop games for first party and 3rd party games you could get else where but because people really fall for the meme or portable(quality varies) they buy it on the switch instead of anything else no matter the price.
