I'm wondering how it will go if he actually does sue SEGA though, the devkits are probably contractually Nintendo's property but I don't see why some flash cartridges would be and they are the main interest here. If they haven't been destroyed it may actually be possible to get the cartridges back depending on if SEGA really wants a public scandal.
