I wish they made the same game for 15 years. Elden Ring is not a souls game. Sekiro is not a souls game. Bloodborne is not a souls game. Dark souls 3 is not a souls game.

You are correct.

I like Sekiro and Bloodborne, they do the speedy souls-ish combat very good. Dark Souls on the other hand should always be slow and methodical. Dark Souls 2 is the last true Dark Souls game. Dark Souls 3 is just mediocre, not a true Dark Souls game.

Elden Ring is just dogshit because of the open-world.
Nightreign is also dogshit because of co-op focus in design and the RNG gacha relic system.

The Duskbloods looks promising.
