Eager NPCs (gives you dialogue to grow sexual relationships with followers. It even lets you be woken up with sex. Also masturbation button)
If you care about just the impregnation part, Hentai Pregnancy is the least buggy one, but once she gives birth, nothing happens. There's a module for it to spawn fully formed children without a baby stage, but it only really works on human children, and any modules to make it work with other child replacers haven't been updated for Special Edition (and likely never will.)
Then if you want something more about babies and being a parent, Fertility Mode + is the one for you. It's really buggy. Your child might just disappear entirely, so you'll need to just spawn in a new one, but it has a semi-realistic menstrual cycle and fertility chance. After birth, the babies are worn by the mother as an item until they grow up into kids. Then they can be adopted same as any normal child. (I think the child just teleports to you once it grows up, even if you're playing the father, so that makes it kind of hard to tell who the mother is, and doesn't really make sense. Also, you only give them a name once they grow up rather than when they're born.)
Really, there's no good choice, and likely never will be given where we are in terms of Skyrim Modding.
What I want is an update to Beeing female. That one had a module that allowed you to be impregnated by animals and spawn smaller versions of them.
