I have a 4060 Super or whatever. People talk about the poor performance but don't actually discuss what that looks like EXACTLY. The game will run fine until the game has to load a chunk of world map or some errant bizarre thing in combat and then for 2-3 seconds there is a sharp and sudden frame drop before returning to normal and the game will just randomly do this every once in a while. I wouldn't say the overall performance is bad so much as they fucked something up and you get blasted with framedrop chunks
