Aside for an option for romance with her, there should have also been a feature where if you went down her path you could have been given at least the chance of a cure thanks to Blackwall / MrBlueEyes (though you'd be working for them to an uncertain end). Not having some option here was a waste.
>Panam / The Tower ending
The biggest disappointment in The Tower as it would have taken the least amount of shit to fix. I've been thinking of trying to make a mod to fix it, as i'm told that the VA refusing to come back for real was the reason Panam stuff was cut. If you did her other quests, romanced her etc.. you should have gotten her to trust you sufficient to keep looking for you. The Tower was a shitty ending overall but it would have been slightly better/bittersweet if, after all that happens to you, Panam finds you and basically guards your normalfagified ass along with the gang because you went out of your way to help her and the nomads when they needed it and you were a super soldier. Complete utter fuckery that this was not an option
>Reed / NUSA ending
There should have been an ending to be NUSA's / Militech's JC Denton. Getting all your chrome fried should have only been one possible ending (and implied that it was done intentionally), but you could have also been basically working with NUSA and keeping your superpowers but keeping you on a leash.

I still am annoyed they didn't add Edgerunners content, but we also lost a whole expansion we were supposed to get so that's the least of it
