No way in hell. In fact I predict the game to be quietly cancelled or in development hell for the next decade. CP77 was already a huge undertaking and CDPR are no amateurs when it comes to large ambitious open world games since TW3.
They should keep working on DLCs instead to improve and expand on the base game for the next 5 years And how do you even justify a sequel? It's not like CP77 requires to be remade from the ground up with completely new gameplay systems, and even if it was it means going through the developement cycle of CP77 again with all the budget, manpower and years required to even match the first game.
