Still grim compared to Switch 1 (which was mostly Wii U ports on the go). Steam Deck is still better value because you have emulators and nearly every PC game pre-2020 (including games never made for controller) in a comfy handheld format.

We just live in a time where important patents like this will go through the approval procedure and some old ass fossil motherfucker at the USPTO just randomly approved a thing he knew nothing about. He saw it was just some video game new age shit and he said "who gives a fuck", stamped it with an approval, went to go take a stressful old man shit, and go get lunch.
